When you contact us for a quote via WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect the information you send us: your name, your phone number, your email address, your postcode, and any photos or descriptions of the work you want done. We collect this only to reply to your enquiry and to price the job.
We use your contact details to reply to your quote request, to book any site visit, and (if you go ahead) to schedule and complete the work. We do not send marketing emails or texts. We do not share your information with anyone outside NordSys Limited except where legally required.
We keep a record of enquiries, chats and our dealings with you. If you would like your own record deleted, contact us at hello@ramsgatefencing.co.uk and we will do it. Completed jobs: kept for at least 6 years from completion (for tax, VAT and warranty purposes).
We count visits to this site, for statistics only, using our own counting tool. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, any campaign label in the link you used, your country (approximate) and whether the visitor looks like a person or a robot. To count unique visitors it uses an identifier. We do not share this data with anyone except our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If you click 'Don't count my visits' in the footer, we remember your choice in this browser with one small local-storage flag called na_ignore; our counter stores nothing else in your browser. You can object at any time using the link in the footer, or contact us at hello@ramsgatefencing.co.uk. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site.
